ESIC and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) have entered into a letter of cooperation to exchange information and work together in establishing strategies to promote esports integrity. The inaugural Olympic Esports Games will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in 2027. This historic event is set to bridge the gap between mainstream sports and esports, providing an opportunity for players and teams to represent their nation on an international stage.
