Deltin Royale to be replaced by larger floating casino in Goa in 2025: Report
Delta Corp Limited has recently announced its plans to replace its existing offshore casino vessel, Deltin Royale, with a larger, more modern floating casino in 2025 in Goa. The new vessel will be 2.5 times the size of the current Deltin Royale and will offer world-class gaming options, enhanced luxury amenities, and greater visitor capacity.

Its portfolio includes three offshore casinos in Goa—, Deltin Jaqk, and Kings Casino—as well as three land-based casinos in Goa and Sikkim. Additionally, the company owns two five-star hotels: Deltin Suites in Goa and The Deltin in Daman, which is planned to become an integrated resort with a casino.
Speaking to a , Manoj Jain, Chief Operating Officer of Delta Corp, elaborated on the company’s role in bringing luxury gaming to India. “Deltin has brought luxury gaming to India at par with Las Vegas and Macau and has been the pioneer in putting India on the map for casino gaming and entertainment,” Jain explained.
Growth of the Indian gaming market
India’s gaming market, though still relatively young, has been expanding rapidly. Delta Corp’s management is optimistic that continued economic development and urbanisation will drive further demand for high-end gaming and hospitality experiences. Jain added, “Deltin has a strong business model and an effective management structure and is an industry pioneer. Hence, it’s expected to remain at the top in the sector for the foreseeable future.”
As part of this expansion, Delta Corp plans to replace Deltin Royale with a more advanced and larger vessel by 2025, significantly enhancing its casino offerings. “The new floating casino will have world-class facilities and gaming options,” Jain confirmed.
Deltin’s future plans
The company, known for its luxury gaming and hospitality ventures, continues expanding its presence in India, particularly Goa, Sikkim and Daman.
In 2024, Delta Corp organised over 150 celebrity-studded events across its properties, with visitors from all over the country participating and winning over ₹50 crore ($6 million) in giveaways. The Deltin Poker Tournament, Immortals-Mega Poker Cash Festival, The Ultimate Showdown, Game of Gold, Deltin Star Weekend, MegaPlay, Epic Weekends, and similar events made a lasting impression.
Jain added, “We set a world record when guests from 45 countries played a game at Deltin Royale in Goa. Our growth has been steady with a rise in domestic travel and improved connections to Goa, which is our primary operational hub.”
Moving ahead, Delta Corp is focusing on further expansion, including a 440-room hotel in Goa currently under construction. The company is also developing a dream project — an integrated resort project spread across a 100-acre parcel of land in Goa. This will be a one-of-a-kind space with a 5-star hotel, with features like an electronic casino, a theme park, shopping malls and an array of family recreational activities.
“We are ready to ride the next wave of growth. Being an early mover, along with a robust business and efficient management set-up, Deltin is well poised to sustain and grow its leadership position in the market,” said the COO.
SiGMA News had approached Delta Corp Limited seeking comments on the upcoming launch of the new floating casino, including its expected timeline, world-class gaming options, and its impact on Goa’s tourism and local economy.
