DigiPlus Interactive Corp., a Philippine-based digital entertainment company, is expanding its global reach by opening a new regional hub in Singapore. This marks a turning point in its international expansion strategy, after the recent purchase of a federal gaming licence in Brazil.
On 6 May 2025, DigiPlus with DigiPlus Global Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. The wholly owned subsidiary, operating under Diginvest Holdings Inc., will serve as the company’s international headquarters. It will focus on strategic partnerships, global talent acquisition, and centralised corporate support.
Eusebio Tanco, the chairman of DigiPlus Interactive Corp., describes the Singapore expansion as a key part of the company’s broader plan to become a globally recognised digital entertainment leader, leveraging the city-state’s reputation as one of the world’s most advanced business ecosystems.
Currently, the Singapore-based office will function exclusively as a support center and will not operate any gaming platforms within Singapore, in full compliance with local regulations. However, as the expansion progresses, gaming services may soon become operational. The hub is anticipated to boost DigiPlus’s access to international expertise, promote cross-border collaboration, and fortify its overall corporate structure.
At the same time, DigiPlus is making notable progress in the Brazilian market. In January 2025, its subsidiary DigiPlus Brazil Interactive Ltd. secured a federal gaming licence from Brazil’s Ministry of Finance’s Secretariat of Awards and Bets. The licence permits the company to offer land-based and online sports betting, electronic games, live dealer studios, and other fixed-odds betting services.
To finance its operations in Brazil, the company has allocated PHP 660 million (€10.6 million) for licensing fees, minimum capitalisation, financial reserves, and other initial expenses. DigiPlus aims to launch its by Q4 2025, marking its first entry into an international gaming market.
From financial perspective, the company continues to demonstrate a robust trajectory. In 2024, DigiPlus reported a remarkable 207 percent increase in net income, amounting to PHP 12.6 billion (€202 million), while total revenues surged by 176 percent to PHP 75.2 billion (€1.2 billion). These gains can be attributed to the strong performance in the retail gaming segment and the successful launch of new digital products.
DigiPlus currently boasts over 40 million registered users across its principal platforms—BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone. Furthermore, the company has garnered a reputation for its efforts in promoting responsible gaming, notably by introducing a dedicated tab that empowers users to set their limits and controls.
