Novomatic Americas and Cage Puerto Rico II Inc. have entered into a long-term, exclusive partnership to strengthen the street gaming market in Puerto Rico.
Under the newly signed Master Sales Agreement, Novomatic Americas will supply thousands of FUNMASTER 2.27 gaming cabinets to Cage Puerto Rico. The agreement aims to enhance market development and operational excellence in Puerto Rico’s regulated gaming sector. The deal is subject to Cage’s gaming licence renewal in the region.
Each gaming terminal will feature a curated selection of Novomatic’s gaming content, tailored to meet the preferences of local players. This will ensure that CAGE and its operating partners benefit from a dynamic and adaptable content offering that is designed to maximize entertainment value and operational results.

This partnership builds on their successful multi-year collaboration across various Caribbean markets and reflects a shared commitment to developing Puerto Rico’s gaming industry.
This development comes at a time when Novomatic AG is actively expanding its international presence. The company is currently seeking full ownership of Ainsworth Game Technology Ltd., adding to its existing 52.9% stake.
Ainsworth recently reported a six percent rise in expected revenue for the six months ending 30 June 2025, supported by strong domestic sales and the February launch of its Raptor slot machine cabinet.
Novomatic has also partnered with Singapore-based Harvest Gaming to distribute its land-based products in Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. In addition, in April 2025, it entered the UAE market after receiving a Tier 1 Gaming Related Vendor Licence from the country’s General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority.
