Stake, the world’s largest online casino, has announced the launch of Stake Engine, a new Remote Gaming Server (RGS) aimed at simplifying game development for the iGaming sector.
The platform, powered by technology that has processed over 300 billion bets, connects developers to Stake’s global community of more than 20 million players. It promises to offer a full suite of development tools, alongside a more accessible route to revenue generation. Developers will receive 10 percent of Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) paid monthly.
Open to a wide range of developers, from independent creators to large studios, Stake Engine places a strong emphasis on creative freedom. The platform operates without templates, restrictions, or traditional gatekeeping, allowing developers full control over their projects.
has been developed by Easygo, the technology company behind Stake. Brais Pena, Chief Strategy Officer at Easygo, described the platform as “a tool that removes barriers, unlocks creativity, and delivers scale from day one.”
He added, “It is more than just infrastructure. Stake Engine is a launchpad for the next generation of game creators, built on the experience gained from developing one of the world’s leading online casinos.”
Over the past 12 months, games built on Stake Engine have collectively generated a turnover of €3.11 billion. Titles such as Massive Studio’s Jawsome, Serpentina, and Twist’s Samurai Dogs Unleashed were among Stake’s top 50 games, ranked by total volume of bets placed.
Now, Stake aims to position itself as a new platform, responding to many of the hurdles typically faced by developers, including the need to build infrastructure, negotiate publisher deals, or gain visibility for new titles. By managing infrastructure, distribution, marketing, and player access, Stake Engine claims to enable developers to move from concept to live launch within days rather than months.
Technically, the platform offers a complete front-end software development kit (SDK), an integrated maths engine, a balancing toolkit, and a real-time analytics dashboard. These tools provide developers with immediate performance insights across players, markets, and engagement cohorts.
Scale is another defining feature. Stake Engine will be capable of handling more than one million bets per second and is responsible for approximately 4 percent of global Bitcoin transactions. Stake says this capacity ensures high reliability even under peak demand.
Financially, the platform offers a transparent model. Developers receive monthly royalty payments with no lock-up periods or hidden charges, a departure from the often complex arrangements in traditional publishing.
